I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

We do our best to ship items as quickly as possible. Please allow 24–48 hours of processing time before your order is shipped. The average shipping time is 2–4 business days within the EU and 5–7 days worldwide. If you have any questions, feel free to email us at support@allority.com.


I’m not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What if there is a problem?

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please send your contact details along with clear photos of the item to support@allority.com. Our quality team will carefully review the case. Once approved, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund the full purchase amount once the return has been received.

Please note that processing and reviewing a return may take up to 14 days.

For returns due to dissatisfaction, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any additional fees that may apply.


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge! However, you must cancel your order before it has been shipped.


I entered the wrong address, what should I do?

If you entered the wrong address, wait for your order confirmation via email. Once you’ve confirmed the address is incorrect, please notify us by emailing support@allority.com.

If the address is incorrect, we can update it within 24 hours. After 24 hours, no refund will be issued if the address was entered incorrectly.
